Very kind and proactive staff. Max at the hotel reached out to me the day before i arrived and helped me make good transportation choices. He also checked in with me during and after my stay! the room was lovely and i actually liked the bed more than my own at home. The restaurant had live jazz and the food was delicious. Thank you Max and all the staff who make this a great place to stay

Probably the quickest check in I've ever had. The staff were super quick and overall very nice. The facilities are good too for an airport hotel (near the airport that is). The shuttle to and from the airport does the trick.

Close to the airport, free shuttle which was easy to find and punctual, the hotel was spotless and there was a lovely brand of conditioner and body cream as well as the usual shower gel and shampoo.

Besides the fact that this hotel offers pure luxury, it’s the staff that truly makes it a fantastic experience – especially Max. Max was our point of contact, and right after booking we received a message from him with extra information. Throughout our entire stay, we could reach out to him with any questions or for assistance. I unfortunately got food poisoning, and Max gave us great advice and immediately checked in after our hospital visit. Even in the following days, he kept thinking of me. There was also a taxi driver who tried to scam us with the meter, and Max came to our aid and prevented a conflict. Thank you, Max. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The gym and pool are excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The live music during dinner made it feel even more luxurious. All in all, we had an amazing experience! - Giovanni

Stayed so we were close to the airport for our flight the next morning. The hotel is well located and the shuttles very well organised, which made getting to and from the airport very easy. The hotel and rooms were clean, modern and the very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool and gym too. Perfect hotel for a one night airport stay.

The hotel was really lovely. Decor was great and a wonderful entrance with big bar and an ice cream stand. Staff were all super friendly. It was also super helpful having a free transfer to the airport which we just booked in at reception when we arrived.

We arrived on my Fiancée's Birthday, and we were treated exceptionally, We were upgraded to an executive suite to mark the occasion. I was able to communicate with Max in secret as he reached out to me on WhatsApp. (I mentioned when booking that it was my Fiancée's Birthday on the day of our arrival) We were able to organise a surprise birthday treat. Max checked on us to see if there was anything else we needed during our stay. The room was spotlessly clean with an amazing view of the runway at Suvarnabhumi Airport and surprisingly very quiet! enjoyed my stay at Saim Mandarina . While there are numerous hotels in Bangkok with beautiful buildings, the customer experience of a guest is directly effected by the courtesy and service of its staff. Many hotels tend to forget this principle . Max, the hotel manager made my stay enjoyable experience. Max sent me messages prior to arrival and guided me through the steps I need to take to comfortably arrive in BK. After arrival he welcomed me and was in touch with me to make sure my stay was comfortable. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels as i had to travel for business. The experience that Max provided was 5 star. As long as people like Max are at Saim Mandariana, i assure travelers that this hotel is the best choice for people who want to stay near the airport. The hotel structure is a bit old but what it may lack in look and feel is more then overcomed by extremely good service provided by Max and his staff.
